Shipping policy
We ship all of our products with secure, trackable delivery. Free shipping is available on eligible orders and is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they are placed. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. Delivery times are estimated based on the table below:

Please note that during promotional periods, both order processing and shipping times may be extended due to high order volumes.
The Minden OK Project ships Monday through Friday, excluding Hungarian public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day.
If your package is damaged during delivery, please email us at contact@mindenokeproject.com within 5 business days and include clear photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
